Peer Interview With Keyson

Peer Interview With Keyson

For this podcast, I interviewed a peer named Keyson. My goal/purpose of this interview was to get to know someone in the class I didn’t yet know, and gather a better understanding of who this person is. I felt like at the beginning of the session I started off shy, but the more we talked the more comfortable I got. I feel that at the end of this year, my public speaking and communications with others will highly improve. For my recordings, I did an intro, the interview, questions, music and an outro. In GarageBand, I had to do lots of editing. I decided that it would be better if I rerecorded my questions to Keyson, so I had to cut out lots of audio and mash it together with other audios. Sometimes I thought my voice would have a higher volume than the rest of the audios, so I tried to adjust it to match the others. Something else that I did with the volumes was trying to fade the music in and out. I believe that I excelled in cutting and mixing audios together. Something that I need to work on for future podcasts is the volume of my voice compared to the rest of the audios.

Below is my first podcast, I hope you enjoy!
